Industrial Shelters

Container Shelters Built for Demanding Industrial Operations

From bulk material storage to heavy equipment workshops to overflow warehousing. Allshelter delivers fabric structures and container-mounted shelters built for the loads, cycles, and climates that US industry runs in. Backed by a 10-year warranty.

When Your Operation Outgrows Your Building, You Have Three Options

Option one: Build a permanent extension. Six months of design, twelve months of construction, hundreds of thousands of dollars in foundation and steel before you even move material under the roof. By the time it’s done, the bottleneck has already moved.

Option two: Rent overflow space off-site. Monthly invoices forever. Daily double-handling of every pallet that leaves your main building. The “temporary” line item that never goes away.

Option three: An Allshelter. A fully engineered, code-compliant fabric structure — or a container-mounted shelter built between assets you already have on-site. It goes up in days, lasts decades, and can be relocated or expanded as your needs change. No foundation, no double-handling, no permanent capital commitment if you don’t need one.

Allshelter has been engineering fabric structures for the world’s most demanding industrial environments since 1999.

Every shelter is ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certified, engineered to your site’s wind and snow loads. It’s backed by a 10-year warranty, covering the frame, fabric, and workmanship.

Built for the Way Industrial Sites Actually Work

Open Interiors, No Internal Columns

Allshelter's curved-arch design runs on a single span frame, for open interiors up to 60 ft wide and beyond, with no internal columns to work around. Maximum forklift turning and zero obstruction for cranes or overhead handling.

Faster ROI Than Permanent Construction

Compared to a permanent steel building, Allshelter delivers a fraction of the installed cost and the lead time. Capital deployed in days instead of quarters, with no foundation work, no months of inspections, and no concrete cure to wait through.

Engineered for Industrial Loads

Every Allshelter is engineered to local wind, snow, and gravitational loadings, IBC and ASCE 7-22 compliant, wind rated to 219 mph and snow loads to 77 psf (dependent on size and configuration), with state-stamped engineering available.

Relocatable & Reconfigurable Shelters

Operations shift. Lines move. Sites consolidate. An Allshelter fabric building is designed to be dismantled and re-built in a new location without losing structural integrity. You can also extend or reconfigure as your operation grows, something a permanent steel building can't do.

10-Year Warranty

Frame, fabric, and workmanship — all covered for ten years. As the manufacturer, we stand behind every component we build. ISO-certified production and UV-stabilized fabric coating with every frame connection inspected at the factory.

Natural Daylight, Lower Energy Costs

UV-stabilized polyethylene fabric is engineered to be translucent, letting daylight flood the interior so you can shut off overhead lighting during the day. The same fabric reflects damaging UV rays from the sun, keeping interiors cooler in summer and reducing HVAC load.

Solutions for Every Industrial Application

Overflow & Seasonal Warehousing

Add overflow warehousing in days, not the months that a permanent expansion would take. Perfect for seasonal inventory swings, distribution surge, or carrying excess inventory off the main floor without committing to a permanent building.

Bulk Material Storage

Keep sand, salt, aggregate, ore, biomass, fertilizer, and other bulk products dry and contained. The curved fabric roof sheds water and snow, and the high interior clearance lets front-end loaders, conveyors, and stackers operate freely underneath.

Heavy Equipment Workshop & Maintenance Bay

Create indoor maintenance bays sized to your largest equipment — the Komatsu installation runs at 24 ft of clear interior height for haul truck and loader service. Climate-control and lighting options keep your techs productive year-round.

Manufacturing & Light Assembly

Stand up a clear-span manufacturing line, fabrication shop, or light-assembly bay alongside (or away from) your main facility. Natural daylight, clear-span layout, and the ability to expand in place as the line grows.

Loading Docks & Loading Canopies

Keep loading dock operations running through rain, snow, and sun. Drivers, dockworkers, and products all stay protected. Goods move dry, paperwork stays usable, and you reduce slip and weather-related incidents on a high-traffic part of the site.

Salt & Sand Storage for Municipalities

DOTs, public works departments, and municipal yards use Allshelter for salt and sand storage. The shelter’s shape (wide base, curved roof) naturally accommodates conical bulk storage piles, and the corrosion-resistant frame holds up to chloride exposure.

Industrial Shelter FAQs

Both, by design. Our structures are engineered to last as long as a permanent building (we routinely see 20+ year service lives with fabric replacement at year 10–15), but they’re built so they can also be relocated or reconfigured. You get the durability of a permanent building with the flexibility of a temporary one.

Permit requirements vary by jurisdiction and by how the local AHJ classifies fabric structures. Many of our industrial clients install without a full building permit, while some require engineered drawings and a site plan. We provide stamped engineering, load data, and supporting documentation to make your application straightforward.

Allshelter industrial structures are engineered up to 219 mph wind and 77 psf snow load, with every project engineered specifically to your site’s IBC and ASCE 7-22 loading. We provide state-stamped engineering when your jurisdiction requires it.

Yes. Allshelter uses single span frames built from 2″, 3″, and 4″ galvanized 7-gauge square tube, so there are no internal columns to work around. Container-mounted shelters provide up to 26 ft of clear interior height, which is plenty of room for forklifts, racking, and most overhead handling. For overhead crane integration, talk to a specialist about clear-height requirements.Accordion Content

Significantly lower total installed cost, capital deployed in days rather than 12+ months, no foundation required (or a smaller foundation if ground-mounted), and the option to relocate or reconfigure. The trade-off: clear span limits are smaller than a fully custom steel building, and you’ll plan for a fabric cover replacement at year 10–15. Talk to a specialist for a side-by-side cost comparison on your specific project.

Our translucent PE fabric lets daylight through, eliminating the need for overhead lighting during the day. The same fabric reflects damaging UV from the sun, keeping interiors cooler in the summer. Insulation packages are available where you need climate control.

Yes. Modular construction means you can add length in standard increments. If your operation outgrows the current footprint, extend in place rather than building a second structure.

The steel frame, the fabric cover, and the workmanship,  all for ten full years. As the manufacturer, we stand behind every component. See our full warranty terms.
